Panama’s President Jose Raul Mulino reported that a flight carrying former presidents of Mexico, Bolivia, and Costa Rica was not permitted to take off for Venezuela.
The former leaders were en route to observe the upcoming elections in Venezuela.
The blockage has raised concerns about the transparency and fairness of the electoral process.
