As the international demand is increasing to hold Israel accountable for committing war crimes and genocide of Palestinians in Gaza there is a roadmap to collect and document evidence of alleged war crimes committed by Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his ministers during the Gaza conflict. This may include eyewitness testimonies, photos, videos, and expert analyses.
Under the current circumstances, there are a substantial number of evidence that identifies the jurisdiction under which the war crimes fall. The International Criminal Court (ICC) is the primary judicial body for prosecuting war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide.
Many countries around the world are demanding travel restrictions and sanctions on the Israeli Prime Minister and other key persons who order such war crimes in Gaza and are involved in the manslaughtering of children.
Since the war began on Oct 7, more than 11,240 people were killed including 4630 children while Israeli forces deliberately targeted and bombed hospitals.
