The UK high court has ruled that Julian Assange can be extradited to the US; the latest decision overturned a judgment earlier this year in which Wikileaks co-founder could not be extradited due to his mental health issues.

The latest ruling of the UK high court is a major setback to the Press Freedom activists and free journalism. Julian Assange still has the option to appeal against the ruling.

Julian Assange is the co-founder of Wikileaks who is facing espionage charges by the United States (US) after the publication of series of leaks in 2010 when it came to international attention.
