Chinese President Xi Jinping called on members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) to follow the right direction and enhance their solidarity and mutual trust.
Xi made the remarks while attending the SCO summit via video link on Tuesday
The summit also saw the inclusion of Iran as a full member of the SCO and a step toward welcoming Belarus as a future member – the second expansion in the group’s more than two-decade history.
